– Age Restriction: Purchasers must be at least 18 years old, as per Indian law.
– Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or 100% advance for all purchases including online and offline. We do not accept Cheques or offer any credit facility.
– Shipping and Handling: We ship all over India only on 100% advance basis for courier or local shipping . Our Products go through a strict quality control and are released from the warehouse only after the payment is received..

Product-Related Terms

– Product Description: Our Cigars and Cigar Accessories are top of the line and all items are Imported .
– Product Quality: The cigars and accessories sold by us prior to dispatch are in perfect conditions and we hold no responsibility of their damage in transition by any sender . We also are open to the customer booking through their delivery partner in case they are apprehensive of the above mentioned conditions .
– Returns and Refunds*: We do not accept any Return , Refund or Exchange for the products sold by us .

Regulatory Compliance

– Packaging and Labeling: We Comply with the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Packaging and Labeling) Rules, 2008, which require specified health warnings on packaging and not for individual cigars as those can damage the product we are selling . Hence the above conditions are being complied with by us during the time of Imports .
– Health Warnings: Health warnings Stickers on product boxes are being followed by us at the time of Import and the same are displayed at our Point of Sale .

Liability and Disclaimer

Expiration and Warranty  The cigars do not have any expiry date , they age to perfection as long as they are stored in the desired conditions which is Temperature of 16 – 18 Degrees Centigrade, 60.8 – 64.4 Degrees Fahrenheit & 65 -75 % Relative Humidity . There is no warranty for this product as these are completely hand made and storage conditions by us are being strictly followed to ensure the quality right from the factory to offering for our end consumer

– Limitation of Liability: We are not liable to any product damage in transition .

Additional Considerations

– Customs Duty: Inform customers about customs duties levied on tobacco products, which can range from 150% to 200%.
– Taxes: Specify that prices include applicable taxes, such as IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax) at 28%. Cess 21% is applicable .
– Delivery: Outline delivery times, which can vary from 1 day to 4 working days depending on the city of purchase in India . We do not dispatch the goods on Friday ( Depending on the State ) Saturday or Sundays to avoid any spoilage .
– Returns: Not applicable for any of our products.
